Responsibilities
- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
- Cooking with care and precision
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety

Training and Development
No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine. We pay our bonus after your initial training!
