We are itsu, the leading Asian-inspired quick-service retail and grocery brand with over 80 restaurants across the UK and Belgium, and a growing wholesale business across Europe and beyond. Our renowned delicious food made fresh in every restaurant, every day, has made itsu a top choice for healthy eating. itsu [grocery] offers a range of high-quality Asian-inspired foods available online and in supermarkets. We are excited to be one of the leading brands in this group and have ambitious plans for continued growth both domestically and globally. Start as a Team Member and earn up to £15.50 per hour, including an hourly bonus and NO zero hours contracts.
As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our stores, where you’ll be:
Responsibilities
- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating itsu dishes
- Cooking with care and precision
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
- Delivering excellent customer service with a smile
No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of in-store hands-on learning, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.

- Bonus is paid after your initial training
