Responsibilities
- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating itsu dishes
- Cooking with care and precision
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
- Delivering excellent customer service with a smile
Training and Development
We’ll teach everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in‑store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses.
