Responsibilities
- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
- Cooking with care and precision
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
- Delivering excellent customer service with a smile
No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in‑store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
