  • Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
  • Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes

Training & Growth

No experience? We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in‑store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. You will earn a bonus after your initial training.
