Contract Details
- This is a fixed‑term contract for 3 months.
- Hours: night shifts starting at 9pm or midnight, approximately 25–35 hours per week.
- Start as a Team Member and earn up to £15.80 per hour, including an hourly bonus, and no zero‑hours contracts.
Responsibilities
- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating itsu dishes

Training
