Scope of the role:

We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Pricing & Promo Manager to support the delivery of our revenue growth strategy. This role plays a key part in evaluating promotional performance, identifying optimisation opportunities, and maintaining the reporting and tools that underpin commercial decision-making. It's a great role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, using data to drive clear actions, and working closely with Sales, Marketing, NPD and Finance to improve day-to-day performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the promotion evaluation process, collaborating with sales to ensure all promotions are evaluated on-time and accurately
  • Analyse category and internal data to inform pricing and promotional decisions by channel, customer and category
  • Ensure adherence to internal pricing & promo guidelines, supporting the team to stay within agreed guardrails
  • Support the RGM team to build early-stage P&Ls and pricing/promo recommendations for NPD, and tracking performance post-launch vs expectations
  • Update and maintain dashboards (Power BI/Excel) to support the commercial team
  • Prepare and present clear, concise performance updates to Sales, Marketing and Commercial Finance on a monthly basis
