Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual looking to develop your supply chain skills and accelerate your career in a fast-paced food company? Then the new itsu grocery supply chain graduate scheme could be what you are looking for.

We are looking for a high-potential, motivated graduate to join our graduate scheme starting September 2026. This two-year scheme aims to give you an accelerated route to the supply chain management level. Our graduate scheme is tailored to you and will give you experience in the 4 key areas of our supply chain:

  • Order management & customer service
  • Supply planning
  • Demand planning
  • Procurement

The selection process includes:

  • Application and numerical reasoning test
  • Online psychometric test
  • Mini essay questions on supply chain and international trade
  • Video interview
  • In-person interview and task on Thursday 23rd April 2026

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good organisation skills, analytical ability, and the capacity to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing)
  • The self-motivation to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving with changing priorities
  • A 2:2 degree or equivalent
  • The determination and commitment to be a future leader who can rise through our business
  • Proactivity in identifying issues as or before they arise
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and deadlines
