Scope of the role:
- Sales strategy: lead the development of the UK commercial strategy for cups to engage retailers across grocery, convenience, and food service to land the long term sales ambition for the noodle pots project.
- Commercial delivery: implement the commercial strategy for new and existing cups product ranges across all existing UK grocery, convenience (Tesco, JS, Morrisons, Asda, Waitrose, & Co-op) and including full account management responsibility across promotions and trade investment.
- New business: Identify and land new business in key opportunity channels for cups, including travel (airline, trains), convenience, contract catering (offices), and universities.
- Internal stakeholder management: Work cross functionally across the Sales team, Market Strategy & Planning (to ensure trade investment efficiency), with the marketing team to support trade activation in store and online, and the supply chain team to ensure excellent service.
- Budget management: manage trade investment to ensure the noodle pots project is delivering a strong ROI across sales channels.
