Scope of the role:
- Providing leadership to the Management Accounting team, driving performance and development.
- Overseeing the preparation of management accounts, P&L, balance sheets, and other reports for senior leadership and stakeholders, including cost centre analysis and reporting COGS, Waste, Inlogs & Outlogs (including Temp P&L) - P&L & BS analysis.
- Liaising with department managers to provide financial support and interpret financial data for non-financial personnel.
- Input into budget and forecast processes.
- Identifying and assessing business risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining financial controls.
- Cross train on all other areas of management accounts to ensure full holiday and sickness cover across the team.
- Help the Transactional Finance team as and when the business requires.
