Scope Of The Role
Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual looking to develop your leadership skills and accelerate your career in a fastâpaced food company? Then the itsu [grocery] graduate â future leaders' scheme could be what you are looking for! We are looking for ambitious and motivated graduates to join our graduate scheme starting September 2026. Over the course of this twoâyear scheme, you'll gain experience across key areas of itsu [grocery], connecting the dots to understand how the business operates as a whole. Our graduate scheme is tailored to you and can include divisions such as Brand, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance.
Application Process
- Application and numerical reasoning test
- Online psychometric test
- Short literacy questions covering each of the four business areas above
- Video interview
- Inâperson task and interview with Managing Directors w/c 30th March
