Scope of the role:
- Assist with all aspects of the purchase ledger, including ensuring invoices and credit notes are processed on time, chasing outstanding invoices and credit notes, and resolving supplier issues
- Assist with all aspects of the sales ledger, ensuring customers are billed in a timely manner and issues are resolved quickly
- Managing credit cards - setting up new accounts with HSBC and in Sage (with TFM's approval)
- Responsible for the processing of monthly expenses and reconciling credit card transactions
- Providing ad hoc support to the wider team
