The role
As Digital Brand Manager, you'll report into the Brand Marketing Controller on high impact campaigns and key projects to drive brand awareness & growth in the UK. The role is based in central London with four days in the office. You'll have the opportunity to make your mark on a range of initiatives including our SEO strategy and paid social, influencer & YouTube campaigns, supported by a significant budget.

The ideal candidate:
- Proven success in developing and executing SEO strategies to ensure high website visibility
- Track record of measuring the impact of SEO activity and reporting clearly to senior stakeholders
- Proven experience managing relationships with SEO agencies
- Hands-on experience planning, briefing, delivering and optimising digital & influencer campaigns across Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and coordination
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive with a flexible 'can do' friendly attitude
- Commercially driven and results orientated
- Previous FMCG experience
Key responsibilities:
- SEO & Website Management
- Work with the Brand Marketing Controller to lead the itsu.com/grocery SEO and website strategy
- Own the relationship with our SEO and website/CMS agencies
- Work closely with the itsu [restaurant] digital team to coordinate at a group level
- Paid Social & Influencer Campaigns
- Support the Brand Marketing Controller with the paid social and influencer strategy for campaigns
- Lead the planning, briefing, development, execution and measurement of paid social and influencer campaigns
- Coordinate with our digital agency on deliverables, timelines and approvals
- Evaluate post campaign performance
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- YouTube Campaigns
- Support the Brand Marketing Controller with strategy development, measurement, performance analysis and optimisation
- General Campaign Management
- Brief internal design teams to ensure the development of consistent, on-brand creative assets for campaigns and the itsu.com/grocery website
- Support the Brand Marketing Controller with brand health and NPS tracking alongside other activities as necessary
