Our Kitchen Managers are the key to a successful shop operation. The Kitchen Managers support the General Manager by managing the kitchen and the team within the kitchen, and are accountable for People, Quality, Standards and Profitability within their shop.
As a Kitchen Manager, you will manage the kitchen through constant MBWA (Managing By Walking Around) and your performance will be measured against the KPIs set for your store, alongside other key responsibilities. You will look after the training and development of your team through succession planning to ensure the shop structure is always stable and the individual team members' potential is maximised.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure itsu produces beautiful food according to the itsu standards and in line with the business needs.
- Lead and motivate the team by promoting and living the itsu qualities.
- Be the guardian and the owner of itsu quality.
- Comply to all itsu health & safety policies to ensure all the products we serve to our customers are safe.
- Ensure EHO 5 stars are achieved.
- Complete the weekly stock count & administration processes accurately and consistently.
