This vacancy is for a permanent team member. We are currently looking for someone who is able to do full-time hours, with full flexibility throughout the week. In order to work in the airport, you will be required to go through a 5-year background check, and will need to provide referee details/criminal record checks over the past 5 years.

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

  • Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
  • Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
  • Cooking with care and precision
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
  • Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
