The Ideal Candidate

  • Prior experience in a finance role, ideally from a product-led or FMCG business
  • Detail-oriented and collaborative
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills are preferred
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Confident communicator who can influence across all levels of the business
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight time frames
  • Sage experience preferable

Scope Of The Role

  • Assist with all aspects of the purchase ledger, including ensuring invoices and credit notes are processed on time, chasing outstanding invoices and credit notes, and resolving supplier issues
  • Assist with all aspects of the sales ledger, including ensuring customers are billed in a timely manner and issues are resolved quickly
  • Managing credit cards - setting up new accounts with HSBC and in Sage (with TFM’s approval)
  • Responsible for the processing of monthly expenses and reconciling credit card transactions
  • Providing ad hoc support to the wider team
