Start as a Team Member and earn up to £14.05 per hour, including an hourly bonus. No zero‑hour contracts. As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

  • Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
  • Rolling maki and creating itsu dishes
  • Cooking with care and precision
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
  • Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in‑store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses.
