Responsibilities:
- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
- Cooking with care and precision
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
- Delivering excellent customer service with a smile
Training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in store, supported by team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses.
