Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall performance of your shop and assist the GM in leading a proud, engaged team.
  • Deputise for the GM in their absence.
  • Drive performance against five KPIs: People, Standards, Customer, Profit, and Sales.
  • Make decisions to deliver itsu’s customer service excellence while balancing daily operational demands.
  • Motivate and coach kitchen and front-of-house teams to fulfil their potential.
