Responsibilities:
- Support the overall performance of your shop and assist the GM in leading a proud, engaged team.
- Deputise for the GM in their absence.
- Drive performance against five KPIs: People, Standards, Customer, Profit, and Sales.
- Make decisions to deliver itsu’s customer service excellence while balancing daily operational demands.
- Motivate and coach kitchen and front-of-house teams to fulfil their potential.
