As an Asset and Estates Manager at itsu you will be responsible for overseeing all transactional matters relating to our existing portfolio along with supporting new acquisition opportunities as and when required. You will be skilled in building relationships with existing Landlords and Managing Agents and should be capable of managing external consultants representing the itsu brand in the market.
Skill and Responsibility Overview- Strategy Development: Review, develop and maintain the itsu property strategy for both the existing portfolio and new opportunities to enhance Estate performance.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the estate budget, ensuring cost control and adherence to budgets.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external consultants, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate lease terms and build relationships with landlords and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects/work streams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Proven experience in acquisitions or property development, ideally within the retail or hospitality sectors.
- Qualifications: MRICS or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of retail and hospitality property markets, lease negotiations, and financial analysis.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to manage a portfolio independently and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
