- 3+ years’ experience in a Project Management or Studio Manager role

itsu is a dynamic & fast-growing chain of Asian-inspired healthy food shops. itsu [grocery] brings the itsu vision into food retailers across the UK and Europe. itsu [grocery] is looking for a meticulous, highly organised Studio Manager to join our Brand team. The role will report directly into the Brand Director and would suit someone who enjoys managing projects, works well in a team and wants to develop their skills in a creative FMCG environment.
Scope of the role:
- Packaging design: Project Management & ownership of the packaging artwork design process from initial brief to sign off stage, working with relevant Senior stakeholders to ensure timely sign off and accurate briefing of amends to design team & sharing project notes with the business.
- Marketing assets: Project Management of the in-house production of Marketing assets across print & digital, managing the day to day running of the automated project management system, checking status of Marketing projects; ensuring projects are running on track for deadline and resolving any issues.
- Sampling events: Work with the internal design team and external sampling agency to project manage the airstream sampling operation, managing all aspects of production for our itsu owned airstream, ensuring smooth running of airstream activations, resolving any issues in a timely manner, managing the production budget; forecasting costs and raising POs where necessary.
