Responsibilities
- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating itsu dishes
- Cooking with care and precision
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
- Delivering excellent customer service with a smile
No experience required. Training will be a mix of on-site learning supported by team and managers, and digital learning via the app and Academy courses.
