You will work closely with the sales team to manage the demand forecast for our key accounts, as well as being key to the S&OP process of the business. Drive root cause identification and corrective actions at SKU level. Challenge the sales forecast to drive excellent DPA and eliminate bias.* Assist in the development of demand planning & S&OP processes to complement and challenge the wider business; maximise the robustness of the forecast given to supply planning, such as NPD project launch planning.* Build strong relationships internally & externally, taking a collaborative approach to forecasting and other projects.* Conduct regular reviews of customer level data (e.g. EPOS, stock holding) to help assist and challenge the sales team in their forecasting* Ensure business information platforms such as Power BI are updated with customer ROS/stockholding information.
