This is the Job

The People Partner is a commercially driven advisor, partnering with Operations Managers and key stakeholders to deliver people and operational initiatives aligned with itsu’s strategy. A key focus is providing fair, consistent ER guidance while ensuring accountability within teams.

  1. Partner with Operations Managers to deliver people initiatives that align with our strategy.
  2. Advise and support General Managers on employee relations, resolving issues with fairness and consistency.
  3. Leverage data and insights to identify trends and drive meaningful change.
  4. Collaborate with our Learning & Development team to enhance management training and development.
  5. Facilitate management succession planning, supporting recruitment needs, and development processes to strengthen succession bench.

This is You

  1. 4+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or QSR.
  2. Expert in employee relations and stakeholder management, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  3. A data-driven approach to reporting and analysis, with a curiosity for turning insights into actions.
  4. Strong communication skills and a passion for fostering engagement and collaboration.
  5. Commercial awareness and a focus on aligning people strategies with business goals.
  6. Flexible working, which consists of 2 days a week working from home, flexible working hours, and up to 2 weeks a year working from abroad.
  7. Generous time off allowances, which include up to 34 days holiday.
