The role involves reporting into the Brand Marketing Controller on key projects and high impact campaigns to drive brand awareness & growth in the UK. The role is based in central London with four days in the office.
You’ll have the opportunity to make your mark on a range of initiatives including our SEO, GEO and website strategy alongside our YouTube campaigns.

The ideal candidate:
- Proven success in developing and executing SEO and GEO strategies to ensure high website visibility
- Track record of measuring the impact of SEO and GEO activity and reporting clearly to senior stakeholders
- Proven experience managing relationships with SEO and website agencies
- Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and coordination
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive with a flexible ‘can do’ friendly attitude
- Commercially driven and results orientated
- Previous FMCG experience
Key responsibilities:
- Work with the Brand Marketing Controller to lead the itsu.com/grocery SEO, GEO and website strategy
- Own the relationship with our itsu grocery SEO agency
- Coordinate with the itsu [restaurant] digital team
- Own the relationship with the itsu.com/grocery website development agency
- Responsible for creating and updating all itsu.com/grocery pages globally [UK, EU and US]
- Manage and coordinate the briefing, uploading and updating of itsu grocery product pages on retailer websites
- Support the Brand Marketing Controller with campaign execution, asset development, measurement, performance analysis and optimization
- Brief internal design teams to ensure the development of consistent, on-brand creative assets for campaigns and the itsu.com/grocery website
- Support the Brand Marketing Controller with brand health and NPS tracking alongside other activities as necessary
- Assist on paid social and influencer campaigns where needed
