Scope of the role includes:
- Assisting with all aspects of the purchase ledger, including ensuring invoices and credit notes are processed on time, chasing outstanding invoices and credit notes, and resolving supplier issues.
- Assisting with all aspects of the sales ledger, ensuring customers are billed in a timely manner and issues are resolved quickly.
- Managing credit cards by setting up new accounts with HSBC and in Sage (with TFM’s approval).
- Processing monthly expenses and reconciling credit card transactions.
- Providing ad hoc support to the wider team.
