The People Partner role is a commercially focused and critical partner to our Operations Managers and other key stakeholders within the business. Working alongside operations and other support functions, they deliver key initiatives that align to our strategy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with all support functions to deliver key people and operational initiatives, which align with itsu strategy.
  • Execute the employee lifecycle seamlessly and accurately.
  • Ensure General Managers and Operation Managers understand how and when to upscale ER issues to the ER Partner.
  • Be aware and proactively advise on the creation of any performance improvement plans for the shop teams.
  • Lead and drive key people initiatives and projects, with support of operations and the wider people team.
  • Work collaboratively with the Talent team to support with recruitment, when needed.
  • Support the L&D team in delivering people focused training programmes to upskill management competency and HR capability within shop operations, providing insights and expertise to inform content and delivery.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting on people KPIs and insights.
