itsu [grocery], which this role falls under, takes the itsu brand into supermarkets, health food stores, online, wholesale and internationally with products such as crispy seaweed thins, frozen gyoza & bao, brilliant broth, rice noodles & miso easy to name a few.

Scope of the role: We are looking for ambitious and motivated graduates to join our graduate scheme starting September 2026. Over the course of this two-year scheme, you’ll gain experience across key areas of itsu [grocery], connecting the dots to understand how the business operates as a whole. Our graduate scheme is tailored to you and can include divisions such as Brand, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance.

- Short literacy questions covering each of the four business areas above
- Video interview
- In person task and interview with Managing Directors w/c 30th March
