itsu [grocery] is a dynamic chain of Asian-inspired healthy food shops that brings its vision into retail and wholesale worldwide. We are looking for a Supply Chain Projects Lead to represent supply chain across all NPD and EPD projects, ensuring products are operationally ready to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational readiness for product launches and range changes, including MOQs, lead times, critical paths and supply chain risks throughout the Gate process.
  • Lead supply chain representation in all NPD/EPD projects.
  • Collaborate with the Supply and Demand teams within Supply Chain for scenario planning in line with Risk & Ops.
  • Ensure correct product masterdata is captured and communicated ahead of launch.
  • Ensure correct barcode types are used and artwork is created and printed correctly with no scanning issues at launch.
  • Work with Customer Service to test ordering systems and ensure a successful first delivery from warehouse to customer.
  • Lead post-evaluation after project launch to review masterdata accuracy, efficiency and process improvements.
  • Support wider procurement and supply chain projects including re-pack and relabeling projects.

You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supply chain, project management or operational role, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing.
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with varied stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the NPD Gate process and strong proficiency within supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, freight and customs processes for food imports, and GS1 barcode rules preferred but not essential.
  • An open-minded approach to the role and a flexible, can-do, friendly attitude.
