Skill and Responsibility Overview:
- Cloud support and optimisation: Assist in the upkeep, monitoring, and optimisation of a wide range of Azure cloud services including storage, collaboration, identity, and bespoke applications.
- Security and compliance: Help maintain access permissions, support policy implementation (e.g. Intune), and ensure cloud-based services adhere to technical and security standards.
- Infrastructure monitoring: Support monitoring of both cloud and remaining legacy infrastructure, contributing to performance checks, availability tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration and delivery: Work closely with the Security and Cloud Lead, the wider IT team, and third-party providers to deliver projects and support the ongoing evolution of our technology landscape.
- Documentation and support: Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation and provide hands-on assistance to internal teams for cloud-related services and change activities.
This is you:
- Some hands-on experience or a strong interest in working with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and associated administrative tools.
- Awareness or working knowledge of access management, device management tools (such as Intune), and cloud governance principles.
