Role Overview
As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:
- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
- Cooking with care and precision
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
- Delivering excellent customer service with a smile
No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in‑store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine. Even more, if you’re looking to grow, itsu is the place for you. 90% of our shop managers and 30% of our Academy team started as itsu team members… you could be one of them!
