Job Description

Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk\\nLocation: Hemel\\nSalary: £28-32k\\n\\nWithin the role of Purchase Ledger, you will work as a member of a small finance team. The role will require a hardworking individual with a positive attitude.\\n\\nKey skills and responsibilities of the job;\\nResponsibilities\\n· Processing accounts payable invoices on internal ERP system for Group entities (UKI & USA)\\n· Maintenance of open POs on system\\n· Monitoring aged creditors\\n· Processing month end payment runs for Group entities (UKI & USA)\\n· Posting bank payments on ERP system\\n· Maintenance of company credit cards\\n· Balance sheet reconciliations; bank, credit cards etc.\\n· Processing employee expenses\\n· Posting intercompany transactions\\n\\nPersonal Attributes;\\n· 2-3 years' experience in a similar role / accounting function necessary\\n· Proficient MS Excel skills, ERP knowledge, banking functionality essential\\n· Ability to operate in a fast-paced office environment\\n· Positive attitude and a pro-active approach to work\\n· Great organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively\\n· Excellent team player and strong ability to work on own initiative\\n· Flexible approach to incumbent changes\\n\\nIf you feel the above Purchase Ledger specification matches your professional background, click apply
