We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join a well-established, leading UK Plant Hire company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join one of the most innovative and modern fleets in Europe.
As the Field Service Engineer, you will be maintaining the front-line fleet across the Southwest in Devon and Cornwall. Quarrying or Agricultural machinery experience is vital. This role oversees the diagnosing, repair, and overhaul of Excavators, Articulated Haulers, Wheel Loaders and Bulldozers. You will be required to inspect and prepare the fleet ready for hire or sale while meeting H&S and Environmental standards.
Required Field Service Engineer Experience:
- NVQ or equivalent in Engineering, Pneumatic, Mechanical or Hydraulic
- Tier 4 and 5 Engine experience
- Knowledge of AdBlue systems, Drive Lines, Hydraulics & Electrical Systems
- 5 years minimum repairing and maintaining heavy Plant - Bulldozers, Dump Trucks, Excavators, Graders, Loading Shovels
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be expected to demonstrate sound health and safety practices, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the smooth delivery of projects on a day-to-day basis.
