We are looking for a highly motivated Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a British owned, family run company founded in 1990 who are looking to expand their workforce. This role is based in Mid Wales and offers excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for plant reliability, planned and reactive maintenance and continuous improvement while ensuring Health and Safety compliance. You will be an essential part of a team focused on resolving plant issues and breakdowns and developing the plant operationally. This position is ideally suited to a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential to progress.
You will bring technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to every task.
Required Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Experience:- HNC in Engineering / NVQ 3
- Experience in fast paced Manufacturing environments
- Strong problem solving skills
- Lean/TPM experience preferable
- PLC experience
