Role: Management Accountant
Location: Warrington
Salary: £35-42k
As Management Accountant, you\’ll work closely with our Finance Director, playing a key role in producing management accounts, leading on reconciliations, and getting involved in everything from VAT returns to payroll and WIP reviews.
It\’s varied, fast-paced, and a great opportunity to make your mark.
Key responsibilities:
– Prepare Management accounts
– Balance sheet reconciliations
– Preparation and payment of weekly and monthly salaries including dealing with HMRC
– Assist with year end statutory accounts and dealings with auditors
– Preparation and submission of monthly Vat returns
– Arranging payments and posting journals
– Accruals and prepayments
– Overseeing transactional processing roles
– WIP reviews and reconciliations
– Ad hoc duties
The successful candidate for the Management Accountant is someone who:
– Has experience in a similar role
– QBE or part qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
– Proficient in Excel
