Overview
Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer, Mobile, London and Home Counties – £44k – £52k – Company van, fuel card, overtime, private healthcare, ongoing training.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain the company’s commercial contracts across London and the Home Counties, including schools, universities and office buildings.
- Respond to breakdowns during working hours and take part in an out-of-hours rota with support for more complex faults.
- Demonstrate sound health and safety practices and maintain accurate records to contribute to smooth delivery of projects on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
- Valid F-Gas Certification.
- Commercial HVAC maintenance and fault-finding experience.
- Experience with chillers, VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Availability for an out-of-hours call-out rota.
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
