Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated HVAC Project Manager to join a well-established commercial HVAC contractor operating for over 30 years.This is a fantastic opportunity for a HVAC Project Manager to join a growing team specialising in the design and installation of air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump systems across a variety of commercial settings in and around the M25 and Home Counties. As a HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for surveying and managing projects valued between £10K and £600K, overseeing the full project lifecycle including design, equipment selection, client communication and coordination with engineers and fitters. You should have a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems from leading manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, and Panasonic, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office for producing and updating project documentation.
The successful HVAC Project Manager should have at least 5 years experience within the HVAC industry, preferably from a contracting background and be based within an hour's drive of Colchester.A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required.
