We are looking for a Full-Time Design and Communications Assistant to join our team at ITSme!
This position isideal for individuals looking to enter the creative industry at an entry level, whether they are recent graduates or with transferable skills, and have a strong passion for design, marketing and communications.
What you’ll do:
As a Design and Communications Assistant, you’ll work directly with our team to assist our growing team of Sales Agents across the world. You’ll have a unique opportunity to understand the inner workings of the world's leading illustration agencies and learn how Illustration is presented and sold to global publishing clients.
The team will be there to guide you every step of the way. You’ll be working on a range of tasks, including:
- Design engaging visual content for social media and marketing campaigns
- Help manage and grow our online presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletter, etc.)
- Support the sales agents with campaign planning, client communications, artist promotions, and pitch presentations
- Sales support including project management, artist onboarding, and some degree of cold outreach.
Ideal skills & background:
- Creative with a strong eye for visual design
- Highly Organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work under own initiative
- Confident using design tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and marketing trends
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, but also being part of a team
Bonus if you have:
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)
- An interest in publishing, illustration, or the broader creative industries
- Previous sales experience

Salary:
The Design and Communications Assistant’s starting salary is £25K with OTE £30K +, depending on experience and after training. There's an opportunity to earn a bonus.

- This is a hybrid role, and we are looking for someone based in or around London (1-2 Weekly) in-person meetups in our office in Covent Garden.
- Working hours for this position is Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
