It’seeze is the UK’s leading website design and SEO franchise, supporting small and medium-sized businesses across the UK with professional, affordable digital solutions. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our friendly, close-knit team at our new Head Office in the heart of Exeter. This role plays a key part in supporting our growing network of local consultants by prospecting and booking high-quality, qualified appointments directly into their calendars. You’ll be the first point of contact for many potential customers, helping connect small businesses with websites and SEO solutions that genuinely help them grow.
Location: Central Exeter | Hybrid (1 day per week in Exeter, remainder remote)
Salary: £25,000 basic + commission (OTE £28,000)
Key responsibilities:
- Contacting leads generated from marketing campaigns, website enquiries and B2B prospect lists
- Qualifying prospects against our ideal client profile
- Booking fully qualified appointments for our franchise network
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system
- Confidently communicating our value proposition to prospective clients
- Working closely with the Franchise Development Manager to ensure appointment quality and consistency
- Providing feedback from calls to help improve messaging and processes
