Job Description

We are currently seeking a Gas (Combustion) Bias Engineer for mobile work across London and the South.\\nThis role requires an experienced professional with a strong aptitude for data analysis who is capable of maintaining and repairing various building systems while being mobile across different locations in London and the South.\\nResponsibilities:\\nTo carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems and M&E equipment such as pumps & pressurisation units, basic electrical and plumbing works, emergency lighting testing and tap temperature recording.\\nSkills and Qualifications:\\n * Previous experience of working in a commercial environment.\\n * Competent working knowledge of all aspects associated with building systems and building services maintenance\\n * Excellent customer service\\n * Valid commercial Gas Safe qualifications\\n * Proven (preferably min. 3 years) working experience as a combustion engineer and working on electrical and plumbing systems.\\n * Good standard of Health and Safety knowledge and application\\n * Requirements:\\n • Adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities and environments.\\n • Determined to solve complex problems and see tasks through to completion.\\n • Committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining client satisfaction.\\nBenefits\\n * 28 days Holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays\\n * Additional Paid day off for your Birthday\\n * Company Pension\\n * Company Vehicle
