We are seeking a reliable and experienced Fabric Carpenter for a permanent opportunity, carrying out mobile fabric maintenance and repair work across London.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performing fabric repairs, minor carpentry, and general building maintenance across a range of commercial and residential sites.
- Delivering a high standard of finish across tasks such as door repairs, flooring, skirting, locks, and fittings.
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests and completing planned maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring all works comply with H&S regulations and company standards.
- Representing the company professionally while working independently across multiple client locations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in carpentry (primarily 2nd fix) and general fabric maintenance.
- NVQ Level 2 or above/City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Good communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
