We are seeking a reliable and experienced Fabric Carpenter for a permanent opportunity, carrying out mobile fabric maintenance and repair work across London.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Performing fabric repairs, minor carpentry, and general building maintenance across a range of commercial and residential sites.
  • Delivering a high standard of finish across tasks such as door repairs, flooring, skirting, locks, and fittings.
  • Responding to reactive maintenance requests and completing planned maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring all works comply with H&S regulations and company standards.
  • Representing the company professionally while working independently across multiple client locations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in carpentry (primarily 2nd fix) and general fabric maintenance.
  • NVQ Level 2 or above/City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
