The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant at ITS Building People, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a high-performing desk, delivering recruitment solutions to meet the needs of our construction clients. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing top-tier candidates and building relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
