As we continue to grow, we’re looking to expand our team in Cardiff with a dedicated and driven Candidate Resourcer.

The Role: We are looking for a proactive, organised, and results-driven Candidate Resourcer to join our London team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates for our construction clients, ensuring we meet the recruitment needs of the industry with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates for a variety of construction roles.
  • Manage and maintain candidate databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Post job adverts on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep up-to-date with the recruitment landscape.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on candidate pipeline and activity.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships with candidates.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media tools.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
