We are currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing multidisciplinary consultancy in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to work across a varied portfolio of projects, supporting both public and private sector clients.
About you:
- A BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or another relevant RICS-accredited degree.
- Chartered Building Surveyor status or significant progress towards chartership.
- Significant professional experience across a broad range of building surveying services.
- Strong technical surveying knowledge and experience delivering refurbishment and improvement projects.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and understanding commercial and profitability considerations.
- Experience managing projects, workloads and competing priorities.
- Strong report writing and technical documentation skills, including requirements, asset reviews, feasibility studies, specifications and drawings.
- Experience in specialist building surveying areas such as dilapidations, party wall matters, fire risk and access assessments would be beneficial.
