We are working in partnership with a leading housing developer who have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team in Bristol. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will deal with customers, partners, technicians and subcontractors to ensure the completion of customer service cases within a timely manner. You will be dealing with customer concerns received via email and telephone, appointing contractors to deal with any snagging or defects that arise.
