ITS Building People in Horsham is a well-established construction recruitment agency, based near the centre of town. With over 20 years’ experience, we supply Trades, Labour, and Management staff on both a temporary and permanent basis. As part of our continued growth, we are actively seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Trades & Labour team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to become part of an established, high‑performing, and fast‑paced sales environment.

The role will involve developing new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships, working with a mix of blue‑chip and SME construction clients across the Sussex area. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing client accounts, and building a strong weekly plan of temporary trades and labour staff.

Salary & Package

  • £28,000 – £33,500 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission
  • Monthly bonuses
  • Company car allowance
