We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Electrical Engineer to join our growing team, delivering exceptional high-end residential and mixed-use commercial developments. This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects from concept through to completion, collaborating closely with architects, developers, interior designers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
The Role
You will be responsible for the design, coordination, and delivery of electrical building services systems across luxury residential and commercial schemes, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems including lighting, power, small power, containment, fire alarms, security, and specialist systems
- Produce detailed calculations, specifications, reports, and technical drawings
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients throughout all RIBA stages
- Support project delivery from feasibility through construction and handover
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- Experience working on high-end residential and/or mixed-use commercial developments
- ECS/NVQ Level 3 minimum
- Ability to think ahead and coordinate with other trades
