Candidate required: Site Manager * Start date: ASAP * Industry: Construction professionals Southampton * Location: Poole * Salary & package dependant on experience: Up to £65,000 + Package The role & about the client: The Client is a specialist fitout contractor offering a comprehensive service, successfully extensive joinery, construction and manufacturing expertise and experience to a wide variety of projects including private residences, restaurants and hotels across Dorset/Hampshire/Wiltshire areas. With over 50 years in the industry we provide our Clients with a full Contract Management service for projects of all sizes and budgets include new build and refurbishment works for an array of amazing clients. Based from the head office in Poole office, the successful candidate will be commercially responsible for all projects assigned to them. In a typical week they might: * Prepare and submit valuations * Certify subcontract/supplier payments * Place subcontract orders * Prepare Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and accruals * Place material orders * Attend weekly internal coordination meetings * Prepare and issue monthly contractor reports * Create, manage and review construction programme * Collate RFIs and CSIs * Maintain health and safety standards * Review and obtain Temporary Works designs * Provide input to the weekly labour meeting * Manage all contract documents, inc…
