About you: You're an experienced project manager who thrives on delivering great customer outcomes. You'll be comfortable managing multiple software implementation projects simultaneously, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You'll be equally at home running a workshop with a new client as you are presenting to senior stakeholders.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, creating and managing project plans, tracking risks and issues, and keeping customers informed and engaged throughout.
- Run customer workshops to capture requirements, map processes and confirm outcomes, setting and managing realistic expectations at every stage.
- Deliver confident presentations and training sessions — both remotely and on-site — tailored to different audiences and levels of system knowledge.
- Work closely with internal teams and third parties to coordinate dependencies, manage scope and change control, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience working within the recruitment and/or HR sector.
- Familiarity with SaaS software platforms, particularly ATS or HRIS solutions.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required for occasional client site visits and overnight stays).
