The team prides itself on delivering a first-class service to a global user base, and the IT Service Desk Analyst will support senior stakeholders to ensure the IT systems are running effectively and efficiently. You will receive two weeks of paid training, covering both the technical and soft skills needed to ensure a white-glove service is delivered.

This is a hybrid role and is split between wfh and the office, you are required to work from the office on a weekly basis – meaning you will need to be within travelling distance of Colchester.
