The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

This is a newly created role reporting to the COO; you will provide deskside support & training to the users, Vc support, develop the IT Service, manage the MSP and other vendors, and look for ways to improve the IT experience overall.

There’s an abundance of opportunity to identify and deliver new projects and deliver a vastly improved, VIP IT service.

Role Summary:

  • Engage with all users to identify ways to improve their experience of technology

  • Work closely with the COO and IT Committee to identify project opportunities

  • Deliver projects on an ongoing basis, reviewing priorities as new requirements come up

  • Provide VIP level, Deskside Support to all London-based users

  • Streamline manual tasks eg onboarding for new starters, build & provision of laptops etc

  • Help users get the best out of the applications they work with through training and tips etc

  • Manage the MSP to ensure first-class IT Service Delivery from them

  • Mature the firm’s data management & IT security from both technical and governance perspectives

  • Create and Investigate use cases for the application of AI throughout the firm

This is a hands-on role and will suit someone who likes to make improvements to process and service delivery, always with the user experience in mind, and who is comfortable engaging with all levels of user.

As an IT Committee member, along with 4 Barristers and the COO, you will need to be confident, experienced and credible in order to build confidence in the advice you offer.
